What is Sleep Apnea?<\/h2>\n

This\u00a0is a disorder that causes breathing to periodically pause while you sleep. There are two types of sleep apnea: central sleep apnea is brain based and obstructive sleep apnea, which happen when your airway becomes blocked by your tongue and other tissue in your throat.
